Our Board
West Virginians for Affordable Health Care is a tax-exempt, non-profit, nonpartisan organization dedicated to the achievement of high-quality, affordable health care for all West Virginians. We’re funded by public donations, membership dues, and grants. We are guided by a 17-member volunteer board.

Chantal Centofanti-Fields, Executive Director
Chantal is an experienced non-profit manager and advocate. She worked for the West Virginia Lung Association for more than 20 years where she headed up projects to reduce teen smoking and increase the tobacco tax in West Virginia. She has a Bachelors and Masters degree in Journalism from West Virginia University.
Doris Selko, Deputy Executive Director

Doris started with WVAHC during the first stages of the ACA implementation. She had previously worked in both mental health and the health insurance industry. She remains a licensed insurance agent. She received her Bachelors of Social Work from WVU and a Master’s of Science in Management from Marshall University.
Kelli Caseman, Director, Child Health

Kelli is the Director of the West Virginia Kids Health Partnership, and the State Director of the Mountaineer Autism Project. She has 15 years of experience working with children’s health and education program and advocacy efforts. She is a co-founder of the West Virginia Well-Child Initiative and Mental Health Matters, West Virginia. She received her Master’s in English from West Virginia University.

Lisa began work with WVAHC in 2010. She has been an advocate and community organizer for over 30 years. Prior to coming to WVAHC Lisa worked at WV Citizen Action working and advocating for passage of the ACA in Congress. She is on the board of the Good News Mountaineer Garage, and co-founder and board member of WV Women Work.
